We ran discovery with procurement, finance, and IT, then designed a model-driven app on Dataverse with a multi-step approval engine, role-based security aligned to the bank's structure, and dashboards for spend visibility. Built as a managed solution with full ALM.

We architected an end-to-end licensing workflow: online application intake, structured review stages with sign-offs, and automated licence document generation. The data model was designed for reporting and audit retrieval from day one.
